1. Who we are

Homino is a property consultancy operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from Office 908, Business Bay. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Homino; “you” refers to anyone using this website or engaging our services.

2. Using the website

You may browse listings, save properties and contact advisors for genuine property enquiries. You may not scrape the listing data, republish our photography, or use the contact facilities to send unsolicited marketing.

3. Listing information

We take care that listings are current and accurate, and we remove properties once they go under offer. Even so, prices, availability, sizes and service charges are supplied by owners and developers and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and measurements are indicative until verified against the title deed.

4. Advice and valuations

Market figures, calculator outputs and area averages published here are general information, not a formal valuation or financial advice. Before you commit, take a lender’s decision in principle and, where the sum warrants it, an independent valuation.

5. Fees

Agency fees are disclosed in writing before you make an offer or sign a tenancy. We do not charge search or registration fees to buyers or tenants.

6. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under them. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
