What we collect when you use Homino, why we collect it and what we do with it.

1. What we collect
When you enquire about a property or contact us we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, together with the content of your enquiry. If you create an account we also hold your saved properties and search preferences. Our servers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser and the pages you visited.
2. Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings
- To match you with properties that fit your brief
- To meet our record-keeping obligations on transactions we handle
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and fix the parts that are not
3. Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the advisor handling your enquiry and, where a transaction proceeds, with the parties needed to complete it — the landlord or seller, the Dubai Land Department, a trustee office or your lender. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to third-party marketers.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact. Transaction records are kept for as long as UAE law requires. You can ask us to delete anything held beyond those obligations.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember the city you selected and measure aggregate traffic. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you browsing listings, but saved properties and sign-in will not persist.
6. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Marketing messages always carry an unsubscribe option, and asking to stop marketing does not affect an active transaction.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the advisors and administrators who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you we will tell you.
