Homino is a boutique property consultancy working across Dubai’s freehold communities. We keep the roster small on purpose — every client gets a named advisor, not a queue.
Why we started
Dubai has no shortage of listings. What it lacks is someone who will tell you when a property is overpriced, when a building has a service-charge problem, or when the yield in the brochure quietly assumes zero void periods.
Homino was set up to be that voice. We are small enough that the advisor you meet is the one who does the work, and established enough to have the comparables and the developer contacts that make the advice worth something.
How we work
Three commitments, and we are happy to be held to them:
- Verified listings only. If it is on Homino, it is available, the price is current and the photographs are of the actual unit.
- Evidence before opinion. Every valuation and every offer recommendation comes with the recent transactions that support it.
- One advisor, start to finish. No handover to a “transaction team” once you have signed.

Across Dubai’s main freehold communities — Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village Circle and Triangle, Dubai Hills, Arjan, Dubai Creek Harbour, Mirdif, Al Barsha and Dubai Investment Park among them. You can see every area with live stock on our areas page.
